Products for a world that is sustainable.

Roots blower is a kind of positive displacement pumps. The impellers, which keep a film-thin clearance between each other, rotate in the casing without contacting each other to transfer the air / gas from the suction end to the discharge end through the inner periphery of the casing.
Centrifugal blower operates on the principle of centrifugal force, as the impeller rotates at high rpm, it pushes the air at inlet towards its periphery and is guided along the blades. Centrifugal blowers are more efficient, smaller in size and produce high pressure.

Side Channel Blowers are used to move air, technical gases, methane, and biogas in compression and aspiration systems.

Blowers have an impeller blade mounted inside a housing. As air passes the inlet port, the impeller blades draw air in and accelerate the air outward and forward. As each impeller blade strikes it, the air moves faster and faster. At the base of the housing, an air stripper diverts the air out of the housing reducing the speed and then increasing the pressure.

Turbo technology is the suggested method for achieving the highest efficiency in air compression up to 1 bar. When the first turbo blower was manufactured, spectacular improvements were visible compared to the conventional rotary piston and screw compressors. Vast reduction in necessary power, the sound pressure and maintenance schedule of the turbo blowers was observed. With the optimization of the techniques used, we have perfected our series of Everest Namwon Turboone Turbo Blowers and simplified them into a universal compact turnkey module. In this process, we have engineered ease of use, control, security and communication into an extremely reliable machine.

Everest Turbo Blowers use Air as bearing system. Air Foil Technology has evolved substantially since the 1960s to become industry standard for military and commercial aviation. Simple and reliable these bearings are mechanical and do not require complicated control systems or external power to operate. The shaft centres in the bearing itself and increases the pressure in the air gap to more than 30bar.

A device for moving or compressing a liquid or gas.
A Monoblock pump is a single segment mechanical machine with a horizontal orientation and end suction pump which has a partially closed or open runner. In this pump, all the rotating components are mounted on a single shaft.
The name “mono” means a single unit, and the “monoblock pump” means a pump device that strongly couples with a prime mover, such as a motor. The significant parts of a monoblock pump are Motor assembly and Pump assembly.
A centrifugal pump is a mechanical device designed to move a fluid by means of the transfer of rotational energy from one or more driven rotors, called impellers. Fluid enters the rapidly rotating impeller along its axis and is cast out by centrifugal force along its circumference through the impeller’s vane tips.

Chemical pumps are used in the petrochemical, food processing and chemical industries as well as in off-site applications of refineries and in high-temperature heating systems. They pump hot, cold, aggressive, volatile, explosive, toxic, contaminated and especially valuable liquids.

For this reason, the wetted parts are made of corrosion-resistant metallic and non-metallic materials or are protected by resistant rubber, plastic or enamel coatings.

Self-priming pumps are designed to have the required liquid inside the cavity or pump body necessary to start the pumping process. This offers the potential for increased operating efficiencies in process plants where pumps are used for a variety of repeated yet intermittent operations.
HIGH PRESSURE Self-priming pumps are designed to have the required liquid inside the cavity or pump body necessary to start the pumping process. This offers the potential for increased operating efficiencies in process plants where pumps are used for a variety of repeated yet intermittent operations.
Horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps are a type of centrifugal pumps that contain two or more impellers. Each stage in a multistage pump acts like a separate pump. They are primarily used in services requiring moderate to high TDH (Total Dynamic Head).
Jet pumps, also known as ejector pumps, are devices capable of handling and transporting all forms of motive fluid including gas, steam, or liquid. They can be considered mixers or circulators, since the intake combines multiple fluid sources. Multiple inlets are used to draw in a constant stream of fluid, using pressure to create lift through suction. The combination of intake pressure and velocity of the liquid or gas jets the media up from a well, tank, or pit through the pump to the discharge point.
Mini Booster pump is ideally used for pressure boosting in domestic bathrooms, kitchens, washing machines & dish washer and is suitable for residential and commercial operation.
A non-clog pump generally refers to pumps with a 100% recessed impeller or specially designed open rotor. This design allows the passing solid objects equal to the width of the discharge of the pump. Non-clog pumps are highly sought after in applications that require transporting high solids material such as mining, sewage treatment, oil/gas industry, dredging and many more. While centrifugal pumps are great at moving clean water, adding solids or other abrasives can be destructive and reduce the life of the pump, ultimately causing downtime and loss of production.
Peripheral pumps, also referred to as regenerative pumps, they are centrifugal pumps whose impeller rotates in a largely concentric casing channel with an inlet and an outlet opening. As the fluid handled repeatedly circulates between the impeller and the casing channel the energy transferred to it is very high.
In total the fluid moves along the circumference from the inlet to the outlet of the casing with increasing pressure. A stripper arranged between the outlet and the inlet prevents a hydraulic short circuit between the high-pressure and the low-pressure side of the casing channel.
Due to the large increase in energy, peripheral pumps can be relatively small in size.

A booster pump is a high-pressure pump which has an impeller inside which improves its water flow and pressure. Most water pressure pumps consist of a pump, inlet and outlet, impeller, and a pressure monitoring device. Water enters through an inlet and is pushed out through an outlet by an impeller. These pumps also have a tank which helps to build the pressure of water.

Sewage submersible pumps suitable for transfer dirty muddy water as well as pumping screened sewage water containing small suspended soft solids having maximum diameter 35 mm depending on model

Submersible pumps are designed for bore wells, where the pump is fully submerged in water. These pumps work by pushing the water up to the surface or above the ground, to the point of use, through a series of stages (a stage includes an impeller and a diffuser). The pump is coupled to a prime mover, generally an electric motor.
A more economical approach to develop high pressures with a single centrifugal pump is to include multiple impellers on a common shaft within the same pump casing. Internal channels in the pump casing route the discharge of one impeller to the suction of another impeller. The pump consists of a base and a pump head and chamber stack. The outer sleeves are secured between the pump head and the base by means of staybolts. The base has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line).
Valves are for starting or stopping flow, regulating or throttling flow, preventing back flow or relieving and regulating pressure in fluid or gaseous handling applications.
A ball valve is a shut off valve that controls the flow of a liquid or gas by means of a rotary ball having a bore. By rotating the ball a quarter turn (90 degrees) around its axis, the medium can flow through or is blocked. They are characterized by a long service life and provide a reliable sealing over the life span, even when the valve is not in use for a long time.
Check valves are generally installed in pipelines to prevent backflow. A check valve is basically a one-way valve, in which the flow can run freely one way, but if the flow turns, the valve will close to protect the piping, other valves, pumps etc.
Globe valves are linear motion closing-down valves used to start, stop or regulate the flow using a closure member referred to as a disc. The globe valve disk can completely close the flow path or can be removed entirely. The seat opening changes proportionately with the travel of the disc which is ideal for duties involving flow regulation. Globe valves are most suitable and widely used for throttling and controlling fluid flow and are generally employed in small-size piping.
Flush bottom valves are designed to provide dead space free shut off for vessels, reactors, storage tanks and autoclaves and for providing drainage to the semi solid media, viscous material, slurry and abrasive material. Dead space free shut off can be completed by placing valve seat flush with bottom of vessel which results in eliminating build up of any product within vessel nozzle. For fit and forget performance of flushing flush bottom valves is very efficient.
A gate valve is a control valve that either allows media to flow through unobstructed or stops the fluid flow. The main advantage of a gate valve is the straight-through unobstructed passageway, which induces minimal pressure loss over the valve. The unobstructed bore of a gate valve also allows for a pig’s passage in cleaning pipe procedures, unlike butterfly valves.
A non-return valve allows a medium to flow in only one direction and is fitted to ensure that the medium flows through a pipe in the right direction, where pressure conditions may otherwise cause reversed flow.

Hydropneumatic system consists of 2 to 6 High pressure multistage centrifugal pumpsets, Suction and Delivery manifolds with Valves, Base frame and suitable control panel. The system is pre assembled, tested in the factory and ready for installation at site.

Hydro Pneumatic Water Supply System enables water supply under pressure to the taps and flushing connections in domestic and industrial establishments by means of automatic pumping equipment.

The Hydro Pneumatic system comprises of pumps of special design for the required duty. The entire equipment operates automatically through a control console and the pumps start at low pressure and stop automatically at high pressure throughout the day and night, depending upon the demand for water.

An industrial strainer also known as a pipe strainer, is usually a necessary part of the pipeline system. Industrial strainers usually consist of a main body, an internal screen basket, and a blow-off valve. The screen area can be called the perforation or mesh area.
Pipe strainers not only help remove items in a flow-through piping system. You can use the pipeline strainer to catch rust, leaves, and other organic material.
